| If you decide to retain our services to raise your credit scores, you will be sent some simple paperwork to sign to allow us to deal with your creditors and the credit bureaus. At this time you will receive your login information so you may login to your account at any time to view the progress we have made. |

| On a monthly basis you will receive updates from the credit bureaus on our progress. You will mail these updates to us for our records after making copies for yourself. |

| Your scores should begin improving within the first 35 days. Throughout the 100-day program, your Credit Specialist will keep you informed with regular updates. |

| At the end of your program you will receive a call from your Credit Specialist to review the credit progress. You will be given more advice on what you can do to continue raising your credit score. |
